The French title for this page should likely not be used; Diabelli published mostly in Vienna, and the 1931 Durand is not the work's first edition by a far sight.

Die ersten 12 Lectionen am Pianoforte was used in a 1889 collected edition (more recent, 1960s editions use "Lektionen", but generally closer to source is more trustworthy- for titles and for music- unless actual scholarly methods are used...)

A 1997 book (Edler, Mauser: "Gattungen der Musik für Tasteninstrumente") notes "Diabellis Ersten zwölf Lectionen (1821)" which if accurate and not quoted out of context gives either a composition or publication date...
